01. Term-Time Support

During term time, we work evenings and weekends so nothing touches the live network while lessons are on. Monitoring and support continue as normal throughout the school day.

02. Half-Term Projects

Medium scope work — upgrades, device rollouts, network changes are all scheduled for half-terms and out of hours windows, giving us room to test properly without any pressure on term-time delivery.

03. Holiday Migrations

Major infrastructure refreshes and cloud migrations are reserved for the longer summer and Christmas/Easter holiday windows, giving us the widest possible testing margin before term restarts.
