Built by three engineers who were tired of schools being sold what's trending instead of what actually works for them.

We'd spent years watching the same thing happen, a school or small business would get sold a shiny new platform, a trendy tool, or a one size fits all package that looked great in a sales pitch and solved almost nothing in practice. Nobody had actually sat down and asked what the organisation needed.

So we started Boot-Up IT to do it differently.

We're vendor-agnostic by design, we don't have a platform we're paid to push, so our only job is figuring out what's actually right for you. Sometimes that means a full migration. Just as often, it means optimising what you've already got, because it was never broken in the first place.

We also understand that IT in education isn't just a technical problem. Safeguarding, compliance, and the day to day reality of running a school don't stop because we're on-site. We scope every job around your organisation's actual responsibilities, not just the ticket in front of us.
